Wilmington, Del., October 27, 2015 Ted C. Williams, President of Landmark Science & Engineering, is pleased to announce the firm's role in site planning and design for the new Global Headquarters for Corporation Service Company (CSC) at 301 Little Falls Drive near the intersection of Del. 48 and Centerville Road.
The 148,000 S.F., four story office building and 220,000 S.F. parking garage have been planned to allow for an increase in tree cover and an approximately four-acre meadow, with paved walking trails and paths through the interior of the meadow. Green technology stormwater management features and other green initiatives were included in the project.
Landmark was part of a project development, management, design and construction team that includes AEGIS Property Group, Environmetics, Jonathan Alderson Landscape Architects, Trefoil Properties, LP, and Wohlsen Construction.
Rod Ward, CSC president and CEO said "As we break ground, our vision for the site is to establish a superior, sustainable campus that our employees and our neighbors can be proud of. We've worked hard over the past year with county officials to ensure that we create an environment that is both suitable for our growth and compatible with the surrounding landscape."
