Landmark was part of a project development, management, design and construction team that includes AEGIS Property Group, Environmetics, Jonathan Alderson Landscape Architects, Trefoil Properties, LP, and Wohlsen Construction.

Rod Ward, CSC president and CEO said "As we break ground, our vision for the site is to establish a superior, sustainable campus that our employees and our neighbors can be proud of.
