Keith Rudy is a registered professional engineer in Delaware and New Jersey and is certified by USGBC as a LEED AP. He is a principal and serves as Executive Vice President, Vice Chairman of the Board, and is VP of Operations for Landmark Science & Engineering. With over 30 years of experience in civil engineering projects, Keith brings his broad exposure to the fields of site/civil design, water resources, planning, environmental, geotechnical, and construction review to Landmark. He works on large complex and mixed-use redevelopment and military projects and specializes in hydraulics and hydrology.
Mr. Rudy is a member of the Delaware Association of Professional Engineers (DAPE) Law Enforcement / Ethics Committee and of American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE). He is the former president of the Delaware Board of Manufactured Home Installation and has served on numerous committees, many focused on the state’s water resources. Keith earned both a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and Public Policy at Carnegie Mellon University. He has spent many years actively involved with the Del-Mar-Va Council of Boy Scouts of America, and as a licensed soccer coach and a Delaware Soccer Referee. He was an Age Group Coordinator for instructional soccer over more than 15 seasons and a Coach/Assistant Coach with Delaware Rush. Keith and his wife, Linda, and two sons live in Wilmington, Delaware.
