Helen Apostolico is a principal and serves as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Landmark Science & Engineering. Mrs. Apostolico has over 28 years of experience working in the field of business and construction financial management. She is dedicated to the highest standards and best practices of the profession. Her commitment, attention to detail, and skill-level helped Landmark achieve and maintain a strong financial position.
Helen earned a Master of Science degree in Accounting from Widener University, a Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer Economics from University of Delaware, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Goldey Beacom College. She has earned the CCIFP credential from the Institute of Certified Construction Industry Professionals (ICCIFP) which recognizes that a financial manager truly knows the business of construction.
As past president of the Delaware Chapter of CFMA, Helen serves as a Board member, promoting the advancement of the local chapter which embodies the goals and objectives of the Construction Financial Management Association, and is chairperson for the 2021 CFMA Mid-Atlantic Conference. She serves on committees that promote the construction industry at ABC Delaware and the Committee of 100. She is committed to serving the community as a Board member with the Wilmington-based Caesar Rodney Rotary Club and in helping students succeed in their chosen profession by volunteering as a mentor at the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics’ Executive Mentoring Program at the University of Delaware.
Helen and her husband, Jim, live in New Castle County, Delaware, where they have raised a son and daughter who both have called the University of Delaware home for four years. In her little spare time remaining, Helen enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking, biking and relaxing at the beach with family.
