Martha Durand is a registered professional landscape architect in Maryland and Delaware and a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects. She has over 16 years of experience performing site planning design, landscape architecture, and project management for residential, commercial, industrial, and municipal projects. Mrs. Durand is a highly skilled site planner and is experienced in the development of conceptual plans, landscape design, site design, road layout, site grading, stormwater management design, and earthwork analysis. She has also performed and managed streetscape design, pavement rehabilitation and sidewalk improvement projects. Mrs. Durand is knowledgeable in the review and interpretation of local zoning codes, review of projects for compliance with ADA handicap accessibility standards, and site review of projects during construction for compliance with plans and specification. Since earning a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from New York State College of Environmental Science and Forestry at Syracuse, Mrs. Durand has gained valuable experience as a site designer and project manager for a wide variety of projects of varying sizes and complexity. She and her husband, John, reside in Harford County, Maryland.
