Mr. Douglas Seavey is a registered professional engineer in Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania and Virginia, with over 21 years of experience in directing, managing and performing all phases of environmental investigations and remediation. Mr. Seavey has experience with numerous technical areas, including civil engineering design, environmental engineering, environmental data collection/ investigation, data analysis, and remediation/management. He is experienced in the use of ESRI ArcGIS v10.5 for GIS map production. He has worked on many sites in Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia, Massachusetts, Washington and California, and has worked for various state and local governments and agencies, the federal EPA, Air Force, as well as a range of private clients. Environmental projects have included sites where chlorinated solvents, metals, DNAPLs, Fuels/Free-Product, PCBs, TPH, VOCs, pesticides, herbicides, dioxins, and PAHs were important issues.
Mr. Seavey earned a Master of Science degree in Environmental Engineering at the University of Massachusetts, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering at Clarkson University. He lives in Oxford, Pennsylvania with his wife and two school-age children.
