Holiday Inn Express Newark

The new Holiday Inn Express was a redevelopment of the former Holiday Inn motel (with exterior room entrances) and Oliver’s Restaurant. The new four-story hotel has 122-guest rooms with interior corridors and a stand alone 8,000 square foot restaurant on the 4.9 acre site on Route 273 at I-95 near Newark.

Landmark provided planning, surveying, civil engineering site design, stormwater management BMP facilities, permits and agency processing,  through construction-phase services including certified construction review.
