Delaware Coastal Airport Industrial Park

Landmark has performed the planning, site design, surveying, and environmental services for several projects at the Delaware Coastal Airport’s adjacent Industrial Park in Georgetown, Sussex County, Delaware. Project examples at the industrial airpark include:

Wiley and Sons Propane
Environmental services for a proposed bulk propane unloading and storage facility. CATEX Form assistance included a Wetland Investigation, a Rare, Threatened, and Endangered Species/Habitat Assessment Investigation, EDR NEPA database searches, GIS mapping, and coordination with state agencies and with the FAA.

ALOFT AeroArchitects (formerly PATS Aircraft Systems)
Planning, site design and agency processing for a proposed hangar expansion to include a new 58,890 square foot hangar and a single-story 17,400 square foot office & storage building. A drainage study for stormwater management design included the eastern half of the airport property and involved investigation of wetlands and soils.

King Farm Industrial Park
Planning, site design, and agency processing for the proposed 74-acre industrial park located adjacent to the airport. The site will include 11 contractor condominiums and four warehouses totaling 380,110 square feet when constructed.
