Marina Park Comfort Station

Under a Master Services Agreement with the Town of Port Deposit, Landmark performed design and agency processing for the development of a new prefabricated comfort station facility at Marina Park in Port Deposit, Maryland.

First designed as a 500 square foot building, the final building was redesigned to 250 square feet. Work included site design including layout, stormwater management, sediment and erosion control, and utilities for the comfort station building, MDE permitting and processing through the Chesapeake Bay Critical Areas Commission, through construction-phase services.
