Roy Ziegler is a registered professional land surveyor in Delaware and Maryland with a level of expertise that comes from over 36 years of comprehensive land surveying experience. Mr. Ziegler is responsible for managing the Land Survey department and works closely with the engineers, survey technician, crew chiefs and field staff to provide accurate and timely surveys for client’s projects. He responds to requests for proposals and quotes for survey services.
Mr. Ziegler is experienced in providing perimeter and topographic surveys, ALTA surveys, preparing legal descriptions, and performing route surveys (vertical and horizontal control); traversing; establishing rights of way (ROW); setting monuments; highway topography; cross section; hazardous waste topography; aerial surveys; pipelines; refinery survey; lot stake out; mortgage survey, and all types of construction layout work. He has performed work in railroad right of ways and is familiar with obtaining Right to Enter permits and all training and safety credential requirements needed for field staff. He has the knowledge that comes from having performed every aspect of land surveying, from field work, technician/CAD design, survey coordination, project management, to business ownership.
