- Craig Smith an environmental scientist, registered Professional Wetland Scientist (PWS), and a Qualified Forest Professional with 40 years of comprehensive environmental and construction experience. For the past 27 years, Mr. Smith has both managed and performed environmental investigations including wetland delineations, wetland mitigation design and monitoring, wetland permitting, forest stand delineations and forest conservation plans, NEPA environmental assessments, Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments, regional Phase I and Phase II Bog Turtle surveys, infiltration testing, Delaware Coastal Zone and Air permits, and has managed numerous brownfields projects.
