- President and Chairman of Landmark, Ted Williams is professional engineer in Delaware and Pennsylvania. With over 40 years of experience, he specializes in civil and transportation engineering and project management. In addition to large educational, commercial and residential projects, he performs traffic impact studies for large industrial and mixed-use projects. He is Chairman of Delaware's Council on Transportation and President of the Committee of 100. He was elected to the ACEC College of Fellows and the Order of the Engineer.
