We are seeking to fill the position of Civil Engineering Designer.
Responsibilities of this position involve civil engineering design for site design, including site layout, grading, erosion and sediment control, utilities and related tasks.
Requirements:
- Associate of Science in Civil Engineering Technology (ASCET), or equivalent.
- Any related experience is a plus, but none is required.
- Knowledge and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D are a plus.
The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about learning how to apply engineering science and math principles for design of projects.
Civil Engineer – Newark

Senior Wetland Scientist-Newark
Landmark Science & Engineering is currently seeking a Senior Wetland Scientist to join our growing team of professionals in our Newark, Delaware office. Join a dynamic group that supports both field and office tasks in the Natural Resource field throughout Delaware and surrounding states. As a member of Landmark’s Natural Resource team, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, industrial, public and non-profit facility, and linear utility and transportation projects. Primary responsibilities as a member of Landmark’s natural resource group will include a mix of field investigations, data analyses, technical report writing, and permit application preparation. Wetland scientist field work includes wetland assessments, wetland delineations, soil characterizations, habitat assessments and management, and monitoring mitigation sites. Mid- to senior-level scientists will coordinate with clients and engineers to prepare wetland delineation reports, forest conservation plans, and wetland permit applications. The desired candidate will also have experience with budgeting and project management, as well. Knowledge of state and federal wetland regulations, implementation, and guidance are required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- BS Degree in environmental science, biology, natural resources or related field.
- 7 or more years of related wetland experience, including wetland delineation field work, project management, and wetland impact permitting
- GPS, GIS, and AutoCAD experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain and develop client relationships
- Ability to manage projects independently, including field work
- Willingness to travel periodically

Salary Range: $75,000 – $80,000 per year. Salary commensurate with relevant experience.
