Kevin P. Phillips has joined Landmark Science & Engineering in the Aberdeen, Maryland office as a Senior Designer. He brings 35 years of relevant civil engineering experience in the design of small- and large-scale commercial, industrial and residential projects. Mr. Phillips will report to John B. Gonzalez, P.E. and will be responsible for the design of roads, grading, sediment and erosion control, storm drainage and water and sewer utilities for Landmark’s Maryland-based projects. He has worked extensively on projects in Harford, Baltimore, and Cecil Counties and has taken projects through the land development approval and permitting processes in these jurisdictions. Kevin resides in Perryville Maryland and attended Cecil College after earning a diploma at Perryville High School.
