Dakota M. Laidman-Murray, P.E. has earned registration as a Maryland Professional Engineer, adding to the Delaware P.E. credential she earned in 2017. Landmark is a site/civil and water resources engineering, environmental sciences, and land surveying consulting firm in Newark, Delaware and Aberdeen, Maryland, where another Maryland Professional Engineer will be of value.
Laidman-Murray serves as head of the Water Resources department and is a principal of Landmark, where she has worked for nine years. She specializes in hydraulics and hydrologic analysis and is responsible for stormwater management design and flood studies for the site design and water resource services offered by Landmark. Dakota earned a Bachelor of Environmental Engineering degree, with a concentration in Water Resources and Water Quality and a minor in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware in 2012. She is an active member of ACEC Delaware and serves as chairperson for Education/Public Relations Committee, which awards engineering scholarships and helps promote engineering as a career choice.
