For a little Mardi Gras fun, Landmark staff took up the challenge to see who could take back the Landmark GOLDEN SPATULA AWARD from Nina on Fat Tuesday. We all got a little fatter after taste testing all these culinary wonders! Thanks guys!
New Orleans-Inspired Cuisine Put to a Vote!
And the GOLDEN SPATULA AWARD Winner is…
At first it appeared that Melissa and Nina were tied with their submissions of Louisiana Beef Brisket and Shrimp Po’ boy… but after a deeper dive, it was determined that Melissa was our real winner. Other close runner ups were John’s Dirty Rice, Janet’s Shrimp Creole, and a FAN FAV, Tom’s Chocolate Bourbon Pecan Pie, squared, for easy eating.
What a fun time was had by all!
