Delaware Tech – Allied Health Science

The Allied Health Science building (C-Wing) at Delaware Technical Community College (DTCC) in Newark, Delaware, is a 42,000 square foot building addition that required demolition and 10,000 square feet of renovations to the existing building on the Stanton Campus. The addition required coordination with existing underground utilities and the existing parking lot area, and a tie-in to the subsurface stormwater management system completed in an earlier phase that involved a Master Plan update for future facility expansion.

Services Provided

Landmark worked as part of a multidisciplinary design team, led by the architect, and provided all planning, civil engineering, site design, stormwater management, erosion and sediment control, utilities, permits and agency processing, and construction-phase support services.
