Emblem at Christiana is a 245-unit apartment community. The multi-family development includes nine, 3-story buildings, with a clubhouse, pool, maintenance building, three groups of detached garages, and a dog park. The 33-acre site is located on Stanton-Christiana Road (old Route 7) with an entrance on the new Eagle Run Road, and is opposite Road A which crosses Route 1 to the Christiana Mall and Fashion Center.

Landmark provided all land planning, surveying, civil engineering and site design, including stormwater management facilities, a new entrance onto Eagle Run Road, and utility crossing on Stanton-Christiana Road,  permits and agency processing, and a variety of construction-phase services.
