Luther Village of Dover

Luther Village is a planned senior citizen housing community which will provide 524 affordable, clean, and safe housing units, parking and a centralized 18,000 square foot, 3-story Senior Center with central offices, doctor offices, physical therapy, exercise rooms, and more in Phase 5. The 34-acre project site is in the City of Dover, Delaware, and will be constructed in nine phases over a ten-or-more-year period to handle the explosive elder-care growth projected by 2025.

Landmark was responsible for master planning the entire site, and has currently provided all survey, site design and agency processing for Phase 1 and Phase 2, each a three-story, 68-unit apartment building on 8-acre sites. Additional phases will be constructed as need dictates.
