Milyard Mixed-Use Redevelopment

The Milyard is an example of redevelopment in an urban, college town setting. The building site was formerly known as “The Grainery” at 100 South Main Street in the City of Newark. Difficult site features included a narrow, constrained site that is wedged between South Main and an elevated rail line. The site was successfully redeveloped as a 24,580 square foot, mixed-use residential and retail center, with 9,000 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor and nine apartments on the second floor. Buffalo Wild Wings is one of the commercial tenants on the ground floor.

Landmark performed all planning, site design, permits and agency processing, along with various construction-phase services.
