Riveredge Industrial Park, New Castle

The Zenith Products facility was developed and constructed as an integrated design project within the 500-acre Riveredge Industrial Park in the City of New Castle. Landmark worked directly for Norwood Construction to complete the design and construction of this 490,000+ square foot warehouse with attached 49,000 square foot office facility. Parking lots, access roads, and a recreational softball field were also included.

Landmark performed surveys, land planning, site infrastructure which included a 254 GPM suction lift pump, agency processing, wetland and floodplain resolution, and resolution of off‑site utility services to the park.  Landmark also provided on-site Owner’s Representative advisory services for development during the construction of this 500-acre industrial park along the Delaware River.
