Spring Meadow Early Childhood Center
Spring Meadow Early Childhood Center provides kindergarten for 330 students in the Appoquinimink School District. The 32,000 square foot, one-story school was designed and constructed as part of the first of two phases of the K-12 Fairview Campus. The first phase of the campus opened on schedule in August 2012 with site infrastructure, roadway/entrance improvement and construction of the first two schools. In addition to the kindergarten center, 880-student Old State Elementary School, a 92,000 square foot, two-story school was completed. Both schools included playgrounds, parking lots, and road/accessways.
Landmark coordinated all work with the Owner’s project architect, the JV team of ABHA/BSA+A, LLC, and construction manager, EDiS Company.
