500 Delaware Avenue Office & Garage

The 500 Delaware Avenue commercial office building has 371,000 square feet in a 15-story, high-rise building with an attached, six-story, 550-car parking garage. The project was constructed on a confined site in a highly developed urban setting at the gateway to the City of Wilmington’s Central Business District. Located within the WSFS Bank Center (recognized for it’s lead tenant), are a retail bank branch, restaurant, and U.S. Postal Service facility.

Landmark provided the planning, surveys, civil engineering site design, permits and agency processing and construction phase services, including construction stakeout involving the vertical control to align office building and garage floors levels for access.
