Alder Creek
Alder Creek is a 56-unit multi-family apartment complex that was redeveloped for the Delaware State Housing Authority (DSHA) with the use of Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) on the site of the former Cleveland Heights neighborhood. The project is located in the City of Newark on East Cleveland Avenue at McKee’s Lane on a 6.77-acre parcel. The apartment project includes 13 buildings, a one-story, 3,500 square foot community center, and 2,500 square foot fenced play area, along with new parking lots, sidewalks, entrance, roadways, and all utilities.
Landmark provided planning, surveying, civil engineering and site design, including a subsurface stormwater management facility under the parking lot, permits and agency processing, and provided construction-phase support.
