DuPont Country Club – ALTA Survey

Landmark was hired by the owner of the DuPont Country Club to perform an ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey in 2016 as the company was considering divesting the golf course property from its real estate portfolio. The property’s six parcels, totaling 503.777 acres, included three 18-hole golf courses, the DuPont Country Club and clubhouse facilities, and Brantwyn Estate wedding and banquet facility.

Landmark’s land surveying department provided boundary and topographic surveys of this large site as part of a complete ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey conducted.
