Elsmere Square – BJ’s Shopping Center

Elsmere Square is a redevelopment project that includes a new BJ’s Wholesale Club store and gasoline pumps, a Walgreens store, and a Wendy’s restaurant with drive through lanes, associated parking lots, entrances and roadway improvements on Kirkwood Highway (SR 2) just outside of the Town of Elsmere.

Landmark provided all planning, surveying, civil engineering site design, stormwater management BMP facilities, permits and agency processing, and various construction-phase services including certified construction review.
