Governor Square III Commercial

The third phase of Governor Square is the commercial center developed on a site that is situated between SR 7, US 40, and SR 1. Landmark performed the planning and design for a new 122,079 square foot Lowe’s store in the center with a bank and two building sites: 9,000 square foot (ATI Physical Therapy) and 96,936 square foot retail store.

Songsmith Drive roadway design with two entrances on SR 7 was part of this project. Major road widening and utility relocations were completed for the turn lane and improvements to SR 7 at the Songsmith Drive intersection. Landmark performed all surveying, civil engineering site design, stormwater management BMP facilities, roadway design, utility relocation coordination, permits and agency processing, and construction phase services including certified construction review.
