Habitat for Humanity Housing
Multiple residential sites consisting of the demolition and elimination of existing parcel lines in order for the creation of new parcel lines to allow for the subdivision and construction of new Habitat for Humanity homes in the City of Wilmington. Webster Village included the development of nine townhomes on vacant lands in the city, with a second phase of two additional townhomes located on a site along North Claymont Street, fronting 14th and 15th Streets. Millers Row included the development of seven townhomes on a site located at 22nd and Lamotte Streets.
Projects included providing Flood Elevation Certificates, Legal Descriptions of new parcels, stormwater and sanitary sewer design, and Zoning Board of Adjustment representation for variances. Services included supplemental surveys, site design involving layout, grading, utilities, erosion and sediment control, stormwater management, agency processing. Construction-phase support was provided for site and building layout and certified construction review (CCR) services.
