Hampton Inn & Suites

The new Hampton Inn & Suites Wilmington/Chritiana facility is a four-story, 150-room, hotel.  The project is a redevelopment of the 6.9-acre site which had been home to the former Carlisle Marine on Old Churchmans Road in the Churchmans Crossing area.

Landmark provided planning, land surveying, civil engineering site design, permits and agency processing, and a variety of construction-phase services.
