Havre de Grace Library
The redevelopment of the Havre de Grace Library from an old, one-story building to a new, two-story 19,000 square foot building with mezzanine, was designed by Manns Woodward Studios for Harford County Public Library. Landmark performed all site/civil design including the preparation of site demolition plans, layout and grading plans, site utility and piping plans, an underground stormwater management plan, erosion and sediment control plans, and site landscape plans, permits and agency processing.
The site design also included collaboration with the City of Havre de Grace to conceptualize off-site parking and streetscape plans of which the City will integrate into their overall streetscape master planning.
