Historic Village of Phillip’s Mill

The Historic Village of Phillip’s Mill is a beautiful adaptive reuse project developed by The Bale Group. The redevelopment consists of the restoration of three 19th century mill structures and the addition of nine new townhomes on the steeply-sloped, 5.6-acre parcel on Nottingham Road (SR 273) in the City of Newark, Delaware. The project provided a total of 17 traditional and age-restricted multi-family apartments and single family townhome units, while providing for the preservation of 2.7 acres of land to City Open Space/Open Floodway District located on Rt. 273/Nottingham Road in the City of Newark.

Landmark provided all planning, civil engineering site design, environmental, permits and agency processing, and construction-phase support services.
