JTVCC Freezer Addition

As part of the renovations of the existing freezer warehouse at the James T. Vaughn Correctional Center in Smyrna, a new 7,245 square foot freezer building was added along with a 288 square foot expansion of the office and loading dock area and renovations to the adjacent parking areas.

Landmark’ staff provided surveys, wetlands delineation, site design including grading plan, site and utilities plans, erosion & sediment control plan, stormwater management BMPs for quality control, fire marshall plan, and agency processing.
