Old State Road

Entrance plan and road widening of Old State Road was completed as part of Phase I construction for Appoquinimink School District’s new Fairview Campus, Delaware’s first full public school campus to serve a students from early education/kindergarten through grade 12. Road improvements included a right turn in deceleration lane and a right out turn lane.

In a second phase of work, Landmark provided roadway design and preparation of construction plans for the widening of 1,200 lineal feet of Old State Road and intersection improvements at Taylor Bridge Road (SR 299). The scope of work includes topographic surveying, grading, road design, storm drainage, erosion and sediment control, preparation of construction plans, approvals and agency processing through DelDOT.
