Robert J. Josefowski

Robert Josefowski joined Landmark in April 2025, stepping into the role of Senior Environmental Scientist. Rob manages and performs environmental investigations including wetland and forest stand delineations, wetland mitigation design, construction oversight and monitoring, wetland permitting, forest conservation plans and reforestation plans. He conducts NEPA environmental assessments, Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments, groundwater infiltration testing, Delaware Coastal Zone permitting, and has assisted in numerous brownfields and other hazardous site remediation projects.

Rob has a strong background in Environmental Science through many years of work experience in both the private and public sectors including Ten Bears Environmental Associates and DNREC; Division of Water, Wetlands and Subaqueous Lands Section and DNREC: Division of Fish and Wildlife, Fisheries Section.

Mr. Josefowski earned a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture and Natural Resources, with a Minor in Wildlife Ecology and Conservation from the University of Delaware and is in the process of earning his Professional Wetland Scientist Certification (PWS).

He and his wife Stephanie live in New Castle with their two cats and rabbit. In his spare time Rob enjoys running, backpacking, playing board games, volunteering, traveling, and gardening.
